What’s been happening:

I have been working on the Institute of Nuclear Energy Research in Taiwan over 25 years since graduated in 1984. I miss all friends who have ever studied together during in the Penn State. Currently, my study area focus on the plasma technology developments and their applications, specially for the surface modification.
